Before
Step 1: Assess the problem areas.
During
Step 2: Power wash the roof area of concern to remove baked and caked up dirt. This is essential for the best adhesion of repairs and coating.
During
Step 3: Tar all existing seams.
Step 4: Reinforce low areas with rolled roofing (cap sheet).
During
Step 5: Install Tie-Tex membrane with elastomeric coating to support ponding water area.
After
Step 6: Apply a second coat of elastomeric coating once the first coat is dry.
